	cashback didnt track on 2 policies, struggling to resolve

	RUBBISH!! Took out a legitimate policy - initially cash back tracked, but then went to zero...put in a claim and after a long wait, MoreThan refuse to pay out because the order was "cancelled or returned" ... yet I'm paying the direct debit monthly and the policy is still in place. Think the cashback is a bit of a con to just get the business! wouldn't trust them. Look for the best insurance policy and forget about the cashback!! Not too impressed with TCB for just giving me standard message back!

	Tracked, Paid for, lo and behold, not honoured. TCB response was 'well, we tried but yeah, they're not going to honour it, it happens a lot'! See below! "This transaction has been tracked successfully We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. I’m afraid that the simple nature of claims (in the way that the matter has had to come this far) means that the odds are always against us in getting anything recovered for you, and a lot of the time we are unsuccessful in doing so. I hope that any transactions you go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. Kind regards, TopCashback Support." Great! Last time I do business with More Than, or expect customer services here to be proactive! £70.70 down the drain! Worse still, More than are still claiming to offer this cashback to new customers!?????

	Do not purchase policy based on cash back as you will not get it. Maybe we should all get together to tackle top cash back about this.

	DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!!!! What a bunch of scammers - I took out policies for my two cats because of the £70 on offer for each new policy. I guess it proves the old adage 'if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!' Cashback tracked within days but then suddenly disappeared from my account - lodged claim with tcb but it has been put 'on ice' until April. I most certainly will not be renewing my policy with MoreThan!

	Bought policy in Feb 12 lodged missing cashback in April and still no sign of tracking 1 year after policy purchased.Sent several nudges to TCB but no reply. Won`t be purchasing an insurance policy from them again. I wouldn`t advise to purchase a policy purely for the cashback as we did.

	Polict taken out Feb 2012 and still awaiting cashback despite numerous nudges and messages to Top Cashback. Will not be renewing my insurance on principle!

	Purchased pet insurance in March - nothing has tracked and no cash back. I knew it would take a while to come through which is fine but now I don't expect to get anything even though I have lodged a claim on this and given several nudges! Not very impressed but at least the policy was cheap so thats what counts I guess.

	My policy is coming up for the twelve month renewal and my cashback has still not tracked. TC has submitted my claim to the merchant twice and they still aren't responding. I will definitely not be renewing my policy, especially considering the excess and the fact it doesn't cover dental treatment.

	bought pet insurance in APril, had to raise a ticket as wasnt tracked, am still waiting for it to appear and have been told it could be another 5 months before i hear anything. Wont use them again

	Further to my previous comment have now been sent a message Merchant needs more info.. Quote number. Sorry but I have given you the policy number it was done through topcashback looks like my claim is going to fail. So will get rid of policy and go elsewhere really really poor

	Signed up for product months ago - late last year. Product excess is high and a lot of clauses! Usually delays with cash back. Over the last month had some activity but cash back declined saying item wasn't purchased (it was and all tracking cookies cleared prior to submission). Contacted topcashback a couple of times but they said can't do anything else? Anyway, go elsewhere for pet insurance (for better policy) - only upside was the cash back which would have reduced premiums. Not recommended - avoid to save some cash!

	I went for this insurance and accepted in Feb 2012. The insurance tracked in my account but still shows more than £0.00. It's getting so frustrating now.

	Cashback didn't track which seems to be a common complaint awaiting £45 which is on ice until 18th July not holding out much hope reading these comments...

	Looked like a fantastic offer, but don't they say if it looks too good to be true it probably is? Well More Than more than lived up to this. Took months of chasing Top Cashback & have finally found out today they are going to pay the £55. Avoid this offer like the plague unless you're prepared to wait forever to get paid. .....looking for a policy elsewhere as soon as I've got the cash off them!

	Took out a policy for my cat in Nov 2011, it is now May 2012 and still no cashback, it doesnt even show up on my transactions. I had to wait until Feb 2012 to lodge a claim - and Im still waiting! Ridiculous! I took out the policy based on the £65 cashback promise, as soon as I find a comparable policy Im cancelling this one, they promise money to you but have no intention of paying it.

	Have been waiting six months and counting... still no sign or acknowledgement of my £55 cashback for our pet insurance - which is still active in case you were wondering! Poor, would not recommend this for cashback

	Of about 10 purchases made through top cash back, more than is the only merchant to not give cash back as promised. Bought the pet insurance policy in september 2011 and still waiting for the case to be resolved in march 2012. AVOID MORE THAN,and go with a better company.
