Rang the company and had it explained over the phone what it was that I needed and what would be best for my needs. They guy was really helpful and passed the part numbers etc over the phone for me to then went on line and ordered it all. Cash back tracked fine and really quickly. Will be my first port of call for all ting doors and lock realted in the future.

The initial delivery was prompt but the second purchase was delayed and I wasn't updated by the seller. The pricing is adequate and overall the level of work is good but disappointed over the second purchase.

After a badly tracked purchase I put in a claim. It took 6 months to resolve but the issue was resolved and my cashback paid! Very happy so I as using again. Thx TC..
