Didn't pay out cashback
Absolutely pointless trying to get cashback. Clicked through to take out cover, failed to track. Submitted missing cashback claim which was declined because my order number couldn't be verified. Even with my 'policy number' provided, I was told that the final click couldn't have been via topcashback - exactly how could that happen when the time my policy was bought came up when I submitted my missing cashback claim ?
£195 declined for absolutely no good reason. I should have just gone through L&G website and got a guaranteed M&S voucher without the hassle.

Takes ages
The cash back rates are really good but take a lot longer than they state to get paid. Waited 8 months to track and now 12 weeks for estimated payment.
