Reserved online then arrived at the store to collect only to be offered an ex-display model or one which was missing a strap. Not recommended - go elsewhere!

Made a special trip into the center of Leeds on xmas eve and paid for parking to pick up the camcorder I ordered though their website. When they brought it out I noticed the seal was broken which I pointed out to the salesman. He said they didn't have another one but would happily wipe the fingerprints off of this one for me!
I won't be shopping with Jessops again.
