Very Disappointing Experience with Interparcel Pallet Delivery. Driver did not hand any paperwork, just took pallet away not company van/ uniform logo, no tracking information available. Had to chase throughout the delivery checking on progress via call centre. On delivery end driver did not call in advance, just turned up within the 3 day. Which courier expects to wait at the property for 3 consecutive days!!! Dont they have access to phone/ email? Now being charged penalties for re-delivery. Appling service Bullying to pay charges Avoid Interparcel!!!!

Terrible service! Unpaid £29 to include £500 insurance, out for delivery SMS, delivered SMS and signature. None of this I received! After a week I checked the online tracking and it said "customer moved, return to sender" and this was the first I heard of it. A few days later, it was left in my car port, after the driver didn't bother to knock on the door, and it was battered, paper ripped and looked like someone have rested a coffee cup on the top and slipped some! I contacted interparcel, who after some time agreed to refund the SMS charges. I then had to contact again to get the signature amount refunded. No mention of compensation for the terrible state the parcel came back in! I never use this company again!

SHOCKING SERVICE Apparently it is up to the paying customer (us) to ensure that Interparcel carry out the service that we pay for and it is our fault if a delivery is unsuccessful and there is no communication with the customer. Apparently it is in their terms and conditions somewhere that we have to track the parcel daily to ensure that it is delivered as they won't leave a calling card nowadays and it is up to us to find out where the DPD pick up shops are located (as not shown on the tracking). When we did request assistance in finding the location of the Pick Up shop 4 days ago, we were told TODAY it was "too late". Customer Service were more argumentative than helpful or empathic. No help or options to get the situation sorted for our customer and we have been left to pick up the pieces.. more of a "tough, too late" attitude than any form of resolution offered. We will be moving all of our overseas business to another company such as Parcel 2 Go who at least have a friendly and useful customer service team... should have used them in the first place.

The website is not very user friendly and somehow put my first line of address on the label. I edited the address and spoke to customer services on three separate occasions who advised me that the address would be corrected on the system. After about 7 failed deliveries the parcel is now showing as signed for by the delivery driver with a photo of some random address. Clearly the delivery driver didn't read the address ON THE PARCEL, and Interparcel failed to pass on any of my requests to correct the address on the system. They are utterly useless. My parcel is now missing, delivered to some random address and all requests for a refund are being denied as apparently my parcel is en route back to me.
All they do is apologise and refuse to refund despite a blatant failure to fulfil the contract I paid them for.
