The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the cashback tracked quickly. Taking the money immediately for a lighting fixture ordered on 21st December, it wasn't despatched until 5th January. On arrival, the unit was badly damaged and I suspect that it was sent out in that condition. They said a replacement should arrive within 6 days - it didn't. Their having had my money for almost a month, I cancelled the order and got a refund, but no apologies whatsoever.

Will not be using Haysom Interiors again. Purchased items in August 2009 and was informed in March 2012 that they will not be honouring the cashback. Not impressed!

Beautiful lights, fast delivery would highly recommend and cheaper than same on Amazon but discount code didnt work but my items were sale anyway :)
