The H Samuel website comes in for particular praise in reviews left by TopCashback customers. One member describes the online service provided as “brilliant”, mentioning the quick ordering process and the great photos of the items which are provided on the website, while as well as the fact that online ordering seems to be straightforward, their “prompt delivery”, “beautiful gift wrapping” and “very friendly and helpful staff” are also reasons why customers have chosen to leave positive feedback.

One happy customer describes H Samuel as being “faster than most other merchants I’ve had cashback from”, while others highlight the fact they received their cashback quickly, with “very prompt in paying cashback” and “tracked almost right away” typical of feedback. 	item received within 48hrs, very impressed cashback a bonus already showing tracked within a few hours, just hope it pays out as reading other comments seems to track and then goes to zero. will update near the time on payout.

	ANN JONES HERE AGAIN WROTE REVIEW IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR STATING THAT NO CASH BACK HAD BEEN RECEIVED. THIS IS AUGUST AND STILL NO CASH BACK. SO VERY VERY SLOW. COMPARED TO OTHER MERCHANTS WHO WERE USED AT A LATER DATE AND CASH BACK ALREADY RECEIVED, I DON'T BELIEVE I WOULD EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

	Cashback declined as did not meet T&C's . Utter rubbish, just an excuse not to pay out. I do not understand why these companies sign up to TCB if they are then going to refuse to pay out. If I was cynical I would assume they want to increase sales without any cost to them

	Having made a purchase on 03 May 2013 I am still as of today waiting for this to be paid, according to TCB site this usually takes 15 weeks – so far I have been waiting 36 weeks! OK so the product I ordered was good, delivered quickly etc. but the sheer lack of time it is taking H Samuel to pay out against this is abysmal. I’ll continue to wait but not with much optimism. It’s a pity as I like H Samuel but this tardiness is not on. Unless they get it sorted soon they can pretty much guarantee no further sales from me or my family in future.

	Be careful when using a promotion code and then applying for cashback with this company. Apparently using a promotion code has affected my claim for any cashback. The company have stated,'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' This is their reason for not paying out. I have not had this experience with any other company thus far.

	BE WARNED! Broken watch and no cashback!! I bought a watch from H Samuel online - it was a fairly simple process and the watch arrived quickly - however the second hand was completely detached and I had to take it back to a store to get it replaced - on Christmas eve!!! The only reason I shopped here was due to the fact that they were offering a high percentage of cashback - I was expecting £32.29. It initially tracked and then got declined - after a long wait after raising the claim, the cashback got declined for either the merchant has been unable to locate my transaction or they cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral. The transaction registered straight away and it was showing in my account as £32.29 so clearly it was a transaction through topcashback and since the broken watch was replaced in store with no problem, I have all the correct transaction details. I would not bother with this merchant as they are unlikely to pay based on a flimsy excuse - this is my first and last transaction with H Samuel.

	Well I fell into the same trap that others have done and failed to check the feedback before a last minute purchase of a Christmas present and as others have noted recently no cash back has tracked. I have submitted a manual claim, but I suspect that it has gone for good. Lesson to be learned - CHECK feedback before each purchase. Not sure why TOPCASHBACK does not sort these merchants out. Happy New Year to anyone who reads this.

	Made two on-line purchases with H Samuels and both times it failed to track for some reason and considering they were £400 purchases this was quite disappointing. Another merchant that Topcashback needs to keep an eye on as one that seems to avoid making cashback payments.

	Bought a Christmas present from H Samuel, which definitely fitted the criteria for a Cashback. It didn't track at all and when challenged via Top Cashback, the cashback claim was declined. Don't bank on the cashback from this retailer!

	Not a good service from H Samuel. I did everything correctly but they say order number is wrong despite me taking it from their website which shows clearly my order and all the associated details. They just seem to refuse to pay out. They won't be seeing my money ever again. TCB though have been excellent in their efforts to resolve it.

	Purchased a watch through this retailer, the purchase never tracked, I filled a missing claim. Almost 12 months later the retailer responded saying the transaction cannot be traced. So in the end received nothing.

	I have now ordered twice through top cashback for H Samuel and both times they have declined cashback saying a referral was made through a different search engine. I know I went directly to them through top cashback so my experience was very disappointing!

	Purchase made in December. Cashback didn't track. Submitted claim to tcb. H Samuel claim 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Therefore no cashback will be paid. Therefore no more purchases will be made by me from H Samuel.

	Purchased watch as a gift, initially tracked ok. But after item was exchanged for another (of similar value) cashback payable was reduced to zero. I don't plan on using this merchant again for cash back.

	did not track so put a claim in through TCB .did there best to chase the claim .notified. h. samuel have decided not to pay up.due to there affilate saying it did not track when it tracked through TCB with no problem.will not use h.samuel again £20 down.
