	only recieved 1% cash back for a holiday i shouldve recieved 4%. Booked the holiday almost a year ago and went on the holiday in August. Cashback claim still unresolved.

	Booked holiday on 15/01/19. Paid in full on 21/01/19. No tracking and no cashback at all. We will see if anything comes in but not holding out much hope at the moment. Raised with Customer Services but awaiting update from retailer.

	Cashback declined, happened twice now on 2 separate hols booked via topcashback, I had to go through TCB customer services and put in a ticket but each time was refused. I do not rate this retailer for cashback.

	Dont bother trying to get cahback from this company. I booked a holiday with them several months ago and despite submitting a missing cashback claim I never heard a thing. I have recently booked another holiday and have had to submit another missing cashback claim despite the fact that I got a message back from top cash back that my visit had been recorded. First Choice used to be very good but not any more!

	Booked but case not tracked, opened a case after months they told me they can not track the order number! the number is what I get from the retailer confirmation and they cant trace it, unbelievable!
