	Very poor cashback pay,net. Still waiting from May to end Sept for my correct payment! First Choice have not honoured the advertised percentage of cashback value. Five months down the line and still awaiting correct cashback amount!

	Did not receive cash back from first choice and had to raise a missing cashback claim. Have waited 3 months and now awarded less than I should have got so again going to have to wait another number of month.

	I travelled on 4th May, returned 11th May and it's taken until 16th September to be payable!

	Both my cash backs on this site needed chasing as they didn't show up. I'm not particularly impressed, quite a sum involved as I booked a holiday for 5 persons. Very slow and not forthcoming.

	Waited nearly 7 months for this to track with lots of nudges, finally told it was refused and no real explanation just, 'this might be because of x,y,z' none of which were true. Very disappointing

	Booked in June 2013,traveled in September 2013, spent over £2500, £20 cash back not recorded yet (Jan 2014) disappointed. Had 2 further holidays since but not with 1st choice!

	Absolutely appalling service and terrible experience. Was very careful when clicking the link from TC website then proceeding straight to booking without navigating away from the page as another recent claim was cancelled for this reason. After booking I waited a few months only to be told the claim would be put 'on hold' until my stay dates had passed. Ok fair enough...so the stay dates came and went...I chased it up and finally got a response around 7 weeks after my stay saying I must have clicked another link or an intermediary website must have somehow become involved...I know for a fact this is not true as I was very careful that I proceeded correctly so it could track properly unlike a previous occasion. That is it now, Top Cashback say they cannot do anything else and I will not get my £30 cashback. Terrible service and response.

	Cash back didn't track, it's now on hold as an untracked transaction until we come back from holiday.. In October. Not good!

	We booked back in Aug 2010 for a holiday in Oct 2010 and got the cashback knocked back. I have now copied + pasted the email confirmation of the holiday. Spent £2200 for a week in Tenerife. Haven't booked since and we go away about 4 times a year so First Choice dream customer. Won't book with them again until this is sorted.

	well cashback rate is abit pants really considering the holiday was £2500, only going because its my friends wedding and must admit not the type of holiday I would normally go on, customer services instore is truly awful and thats why I refused to let them get any commission out of me and decided to book online, call centre staff seem nice and helpful tho.

	Very poor booked in August 2010 given a ref no that later changed and had too keep sending missing cashback claims only to be told ref no. NOT RECOGNISED yet when I have to make a payment I use the new ref no. £2k holiday and they won't payout a poultry £15

	STAY WELL CLEAR> After booking this holiday as always through topcashback and not doing anything any different, first choice after over 14 months have declined a £20 cashback and topcashback cannot persue.!! Holiday paid for over 3K, shame on first choice and topcashback.. Booked this years with Thomas Cook that tracked and became payable before we'd even paid the full amount for the holiday!!

	I booked my holiday in August and no cashback appeared. I raised a case with Topcashback who informed me that this retailer will not look at claims until you return from your holiday. We returned a month ago and it was duly submitted by Topcashback but still no sign of any cashback. Very poor service First Choice
