I would have always recommended Firebox in the past but I placed an order before Christmas and received my product in January. Although there has been bad weather I feel that there was inadequate communication from the company. Also, I believe Firebox should change their parcel delivery company.
I will use Firebox again but my confidence in them (or should I say in their parcel company!) has been dented.

Firebox doesn't pay cashback
Transaction didn't track, raised a claim, TCB came back straight away and said they weren't going to pay the cashback, no chance of appealing. Wouldn't use Firebox again. with or without cashback
