I bought 2 things on the same evening from different cashback deals. The first one tracked but this one didn't. I put a missing cashback claim in back in December and was surprised to get the cash in April.
It was a long wait and was looking like I wouldn't get it but it all came good in the end! :)

They delivered quickly and everything, I love this website, and I was really happy to find Gummy Sweets.
The cashback tracked quickly and quickly became confirmed, I had to wait until 31st December 2010, and that was when it should have been payable, except I had to wait until mid-February 2011. This is good, if you are willing to wait!

really good, came quickly before christmas and I even got gummy sweets! Cashback, tracked and quickly became confirmed, however the date when it should have been "Payable" was the end of December, I am still waiting, so it doesn't look like theyare willing to give me cashback, I hope TCB can sort this out soon!

Cashback appears to have been removed as they had to replace the purchased item as it was received damaged. Longer delivery time + cancelled cashback = poor service from Firebox.
