Cash back not received
Haven’t received cash back from Emma. Raised a query with Top cash back to no avail! Not impressed and you are still showing a 5% cash back offer from Emma. This needs sorting as it’s false marketing. Shame I couldn’t give a 0 star rating.

I was dissapointed that I had to ask Top Cash to chase the cash back for this item.
I only got the cacsh back because Top Cash stood it personally and not Emma. I have brought mattress / things twice from this company
