Good service but once your order has been sent through to the warehouse to be picked you can't cancel it. Ordered an item before Christmas and realised within about 10 minutes that I'd duplicated the order. Rang Customer Services straight away only to be told that the order couldn't be cancelled - item didn't actually arrive until at least a week later.

Shopping experience moderate - had to switch browsers to be able to complete order. CAshback was not tracked, had to claim. Was eventually paid.
