I've not given them 5 because I had to submit 3 different cashback claims last year. However, they have all been paid now so I am happy to give them 4 stars as there is never any issues with the orders/products etc. Just don't be surprised if you have to submit a missing cashback claim with this retailer.

Pending can be a little bit too long if you need the cashback urgently. Otherwise, it's super simple and always has a reasonable rate.

Good website and quality goods. Box of goods arrived opened/damaged, but eveerthing was inside the box and all items ok. A white van man delivered it - not a known courier, so delivery wasn't what I would have expected from such a large firm. Can't fault the products and cashback experience though
