I've got 3 missing cashback claims ongoing with this retailer for orders placed between July and October and I've not had a response yet. I've got a feeling I won't be getting my cashback for any of them as they always find an excuse not to pay. If they don't I will not use them again!

Last two times I have shopped with Disney the cashback hasn’t even shown up, Disney nor topcashback willing to help or resolve it. This is £15 missing cashback in total. Waste of time.

Cash back was meant to match what you spent up to £15. I spent £12 & relieved 60p. So angry with this spend as I would not have spent but only did because of the offer

Quick to track not so quick to pay out! Now 2 months past the estimated date for 3 transactions. Annoyed me with last delivery ws took over a week to dispatch was then too late for Christmas and by the time it was actually dispute he'd the items I had ordered were half price in the sale and could have cost me less! Not what I expect Disney I ordered them to be thee for Christmas, I paid extra on delivery and u let me down :(
