Update of my comment on 13 Dec 2007:
Tried the service and it was good to see what cards I had (forgotten I had some old store cards). I did not see the value in keeping and paying for the service on a monthly basis so cancelled it after 30 days.
Experian send you reminders via email to see if you want to look at your data. I believe that if you do then you will start the subscription so be careful if you do not want to start paying the monthly subscription.
14Oct2007: Applied and cashback was marked as pending
11Nov2007: Cashback is still pending
13Dec2007: Cashback confirmed so awaiting payment
08Jan2008: Cashback showed as payable (Could have been payable sooner but this is when I happened to check my account and requested payment
09Jan2008: Got email from TopCashBack that payment request is being processed
11Jan2008: Cashback was in my bank account! Yipee!
So all in all, it took almost three months to get the cashback, which I guess is typical.
