	I waited for over a year for my cash back from Canadian affair I received cashback from purchasing airline tickets in Nov 2022. I had to wait until i had been on holiday July 2023. TCB were very helpful in asking Canadian affair to send the money, nothing materialised. TCB kindly offered to settle by updating the payment and paying 50% as a good will gesture. Poor experience received from Canadian Affair having patiently waiting for such a long time, good support from TCB which I appreciate.

	Very Slow in Paying I booked a car hire for 3 weeks starting in June 2022. The transaction is still showing as pending. I booked a further car hire in November 2023 which has not tracked. I was very happy with the service but if they don't want to pay cashback why advertise it

	Avoid Had to chase this cashback many times, after almost a year TopCashback paid it to me as a gesture of goodwill which was very good of them. Canadian Affair should not be a choice on this site if they do not acknowledge and pay the cashback.

	Should be removed from TopCashback I have tracked earnings for car hire dating back to 2020 and 2021 (it is now mid 2023 writing this), all still on Pending status. Canadian Affair clearly have no intention of ever paying cashback via this site and should be removed. They're just here for free advertising.

	Used Canadian Affair via Topcashback for the last 3 occasions and had no problems. This time for some unknown reason Canadian Affair have not honoured cashback.

	Didn't even want to give them one star but I couldn't add my review until I have them at least one. Rubbish rubbish and more rubbish. I booked for flights in October which they have declined the cash back saying it was incorrect/insufficient, I also booked for December and now they are saying that the cash back cannot be submitted until after my departure date. I would not recommend trying for cash back with them as they seem to take every opportunity to get out of paying up.

	I booked flights with Canadian Affair on 4th January 2013. Transaction didn't show so I submitted a claim to topcashback, after which a transaction appeared on my account. The cashback has been in "Confirmed" status for the majority of this year. We've been to Canada (May 2013) and back, and still almost 10 months on from the order date...no sign of cashback being paid. Flight was decent enough but I wouldn't say they are reliable for their cashback.

	Tracked OK, but not paid after 8 months. According to TCB this is because of a change in affiliate network, but they just keep telling me to wiat and don't actually seem to be doing anything specific other than hoping. We were also disappointed with Canadian Affair this time. We paid for legroom upgrade for our seats, when we got to Manchester they had changed plane (to one which had more legroom seats) but not transferred those reservations across, then sold the legroom seats at the checkin to other people. Unhelpful Transat stff refused to give us empty premium seats, asking for £300 each to effectively correct their problem. Will be taking our business elsewhere in future.

	As previous posters have stated there is something very odd with canadian affair. Go through TCB and you can only get as far as the insurance page- their flights also increase slightly in price . Go direct through their website- slightly lower prices and no booking problems. Clearly, canadian affair dont want you going through TCB.
