Took out home care . Paid in full. British Gas refused cash back of £65. Can’t find out why. Nightmare do not trust British gas

Tracked at £0.00 so cancelled transfer as I didn't want to wait months for a claim. Tried ordering and again it tracked as £0.00 so cancelled and will not bother now.
