	Transaction didn't track and it was a big purchase so the cash back really made a difference. Am hoping the missing cash back claim will work.

	Hey, Often Customer Care teams who work for a merchant are not aware of the cashback process because although we call it cashback, it is actually the commission we receive for referring you to make the purchase.
