abbey60018 May 2011, 16:23 To add insult to injury, if you read the article that is at the top of the page, it still quotes the £100.00 offer, if I don't know what is going on and neither do TopCashback, lord help us all.
abbey60018 May 2011, 16:19 Logged on, on Sunday and noticed that the cashback on Broadband and Calls was set at £101.00, underneath it stated that it only had three days left to run, which I took to be Wednesday. Went away and discussed with Husband and decided to go ahead. Logged on first thing Tuesday morning to find that the Cashback had decreased, contacted TopCashback, to ask what had happened, only to be told by "ginny" that I could not possibly know, when the offer would run out, alas I then had to point out that on the Home page it states all the time what offers are ending or how many days are left to run, it even tells you underneath the actual Cashback amount when time is running out, Haven't heard back from "ginny" and as you guessed, she could not answer my question anyway, Good Old TopCashback.
Another16 May 2011, 17:08 Hi all. I know that bt give cashback on their Total Broadband packages but has anyone recived anything back on the fibre optic up to 40MB Infinity packages. If so was it going through TCB as for the lower level broadband deals?
i_halliwell14 May 2011, 16:04 Broadband and Phone bundles - From just £5 a month for the first 3 months. What is the price after the first 3 months and does this include line rental?
Joyfull14 May 2011, 12:30 Have had Sky broadband and tv package with anytime calls for a year and been disappointed.
We have had to make umpteen calls because our broadband goes off line regularly (esp when in midst of doing some payment or online impt work,) Even a new router hasnt been the full solution. They never gave us our Tesco voucher as agreed and claim the preson who sold it to us is independent and not employed by them so that was another negative. Tesco said they understood it was part of Sky and didnt offer help either. It appears bt still have the rights over the phone lines in our area so it may be worth getting information first.
Looking for our best options at moment.
1PDS14 May 2011, 09:30 Why haven't you included Plusnet in your comparison? They undercut bt and you get £50-50 cashback.
