Tracks within an hour every time I shop here. Dead good for classical texts I need for my university course, and if something's not showing up online instore staff are very helpful. Their second-hand collection is also good too. Highly recommended.

Said they were "out of stock" days after taking the order and rescinded the cashback. Took their time cancelling the payment properly. I lost the opportunity to buy elsewhere due to their inability to count or keep me informed in a timely manner. Avoid.

Tracked really quickly. However, after waiting several weeks for payment it was then declined for no apparent reason. I lodged a claim and once again after several weeks it was declined again stating 'Exisiting Customer' - not sure what is meant by this as I had never ordered from them previously. I gave up trying!!!!

After months of hassle chasing cashback after purchasing a Nook, Blackwell's claimed the item wasn't eligible. As my son received his cashback, that clearly isn't true. Avoid.

Another retailer who lists items for sale that they don't have in stock nor are able to obtain in the near future. Not only that but they also cannot even be bothered advising customers of unavailability of ordered items. Shockingly poor level of customer service which is surprising given the current economic climate. Avoid and give your custom to a more deserving retailer...they are out there!
