Very happy with my purchase of a dehumidifier - price was cheapest I could find and delivery was included. Cashback tracked immediately but pay-out not quite so quick but I was aware of that. Brilliant company, already recommended to my brother who has brought the same dehumidifier. Will certainly use them again.

There should have been a £19.95 cashback on a £380 purchase, as I bought it via the TopCashback website. However, they declined to pay the cashback, but waited beyond TCB's 100 day limit before declining, so that I could not raise a claim. All this despite being a TCB 'faster paying' company

Terrible experience. Purchase on 12 June 2015. Cashback reduced by half somewhere along the way and finally paid after making a claim on 11 Jan 2016. Just not worth the bother.
