Be aware - the mattresses they sell as "Silent-Dreams" are in fact Joseph's (at least the one I've got). I found out about this when the mattress (Silent-Dreams Dream Pocket 1000 4FT 6 Double Mattress) has been delivered by Joseph with Joseph's label on it. They clearly do it to avoid the Price Promise obligations. They sold the "Silent-Dreams" mattress for £300 which I could buy for £199 elsewhere if I knew it was Joseph's Dream Pocket, which is less than average in quality. The case has been referred to the Advertising Standards Authority since the product advertised does not match the product delivered. BTW, as other reviewers mentioned, their customer service simple does not respond.

The only reason I bought from this company was for the cashback..could have got it cheaper elsewhere. Why does this site continue to advertise companies like this who just 'con' customers into buying from them by offering cashback they refuse to pay. I even e-mailed the company to express my views on this..no reply, there's a surprise..keep well clear

I have had a very negative experience ordering from Bedstar. It's been weeks after they said the delivery would happen and I still have no confirmed date as to when the bed will arrive. They have ignored every email and the customer service over the phone is appalling. Never again.

I could prove purchase yet cashback was refused after a very lengthy process. Wouldn't use this supplier again, they seem to simply be here for free advertising.

Couple of comments on this retailer. Firstly there was an error on the invoice they sent, when queried, they just replied with "we know". Erm, why not state there's a system error? And apologise maybe. Second, they offered to collect an existing bed and said the service was available, was then told it wasn't. Thirdly, the delivery arrived via 2 different companies, I only found out this was to be the case by chance, no mention of it from the retailer until I queried why the delivery note only referred to a base not the matress! Finally, to top it, they decline the cashback which seems to be a habit reading other reviews, I wish I'd read them first!! I only used them due to the cashback. I feel mis-lead and somewhat cheated that they offer cashback and then soon as they have your order, decline.... Very unfair. Overall, poor service all way. Definately not recommended and will never use them again.

Don't bother with Bedstar. They do not honor genuine cashback claims. Took months to track, then they denied lnowledge of me ever placing an order despite me having evidence. Rubbish!!

extremely disappointing experience. they promised to deliver the mattress to the room of choice but the deliverymen refused & said they did not want to make dirt to the carpet/walls even we have cleaners & handyman on standby. we needed to spend extra money to have the mattress moved to our bedroom by the handymen after 2 weeks. the price match gift was not arrived. cashback was rejected. not again with this company!!

Having left negative feedback before I should now note that I have finally received cashback - but it took 16 months and repeated resubmissions and appeals by TCB (who were very helpful in continuing to pursue the claim on this occasion)

It took a long time for Bedstar to acknowledge the cashback and in the end I had to prompt through the site, resulting in a successful payment.

Very dissapointed, refused my cashback claim on the basis 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale, due to a voucher/discount code used'. Also very slow to inform me about this, and looking at other users comments its clear my case is not isolated. I will not be using them again, don't expect cashback from this Merchant.

Purchased a bed in January for £600 , delivered beginning of February still no cashback!! Bedstar saying they have no records of transaction although I even have a delivery note. Would not recommend feel mislead and cheated. this manaul cashback claim has been going on since February and still not resolved!!

Tracked very quickly and paid within a week of the product being delivered, so only about 5 weeks in total from ordering to payment. Only ordered a headboard but Bedstar were the cheapest and seemed very efficient. Would recommend and use again.

Cashback tracked quickly and became payable approx 4 weeks from order date. However, bed still hasn't arrived (will be 5 weeks from tomorrow since I ordered it). Despite speaking to very pleasant sales staff who are dealing with the delay (apparently due to the bed arriving at the showroom damaged so they've had to reorder it for me) - still no delivery date & I feel that it's me who is having to do the chasing up. So unfortunately despite the rapid cashback - I will not be using this company again.

Bought a bed from this company in Novemeber 2009 and as yet have still not recieved the cash back despite enquiry and several nudges to topcash back people. Hoping it doesn't lead into 4 months of no cashback being reported from retailer : (
