	I have been waiting over 12 months now for cashback to become payable - if I'd have known it would take so long, I wouldn't have bothered with AXA as their quote (without cashback) wasn't all that competitive.

	Very disappointed with these as still awaiting my £78.75 cashback since LAST JUNE and can't seem to be able to chase it via TCB customer services either!!! Please help if anyone knows how? Thanks.

	Absolute scam, They offered £95 of cashback and then denied that I visited the site...when I have screen shot evidence of every stop of the transaction. Disgusting that the 'Cash-Back' offer influences your decision, I could have and should have just gone with a cheaper insurance provider through compare the market or similar.

	Very disappointed to say that even though this purchase made on June 4 2014 has shown as confirmed since then, it has not progress any further to payment at all!! As over 100 days old, can not even qualify for support ticket! A very unhappy Cashback Plus member!!!

	Took this out in Jun 14 (yes it is now Apr 15) and although it tracked it is still NOT payable. Sadly looks like earlier feedback was right.

	This is clearly a scam and the fact that Top Cash Back still allows this company to advertise and rip more people off is disgusting on there part. I advise people to contact the advertising standards agency and report this so more people don't get ripped off.

	Do not use this merchant! Awaiting cashback from May 2014, now April 2015. Top Cashback state they cannot do anything, so definitely out of pocket.

	Took out Landlord Insurance in May 2014 and cashback was confirmed but no sign of it becoming payable and it is now 46 weeks since the policy was purchased. Topcashback have said they can do nothing. I will not be renewing the policy and will write to AXA to complain.

	Really fed up with this, 6 months and still waiting on the cash back, and because its more than 20 weeks can't put in a claim. Just sat in pending. I've been with AXA for years, but will not renew as this is a complete con.

	AVOID! Transaction was not traced, Topcashback claims “Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. This is technically impossible because before making the transaction I cleared cookies and histories, then logged in Topcashback and clicked through to AXA. I have not visited AXA via ANY search engine and haven't used a voucher!

	You cannot complete the quote online - so you then phone them up and surprise surprise you get no cashback - total waste of everyones time - avoid!

	Cashback still not confirmed after 9 weeks, very disappointed and not expecting to get the money. should have gone with direct line where the policy was £15 cheaper and not taken the gamble of the cashback coming through.

	Spent 40 min in trying to complete, by doing it few times, as was blaming my internet connection. Apparently, it's their website didn't allow me to complete the application form and referred to call them to complete the purchase. Complete waste of my time and very sad for the company do it to avoid paying cash back to the customer.
