took out policy through topcashback-chased with topcashback and cashback refused by axa on basis I went through a different marketing channel which was not the case-I clicked through from topcash back link to their web site.
just an excuse not to pay out-they wont be getting any future business-companies that renege on cashback are not
worthy of my custom and imply they cannot be trusted.
****don't buy fom Axa,they have built up a reputation of NOT paying out cashback =see previous low star rating reviews*****.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS,unless you are happy to be conned and for them to ignore what honest people tell them

Purchased in January 2013 and has been confirmed for months and still no payment. Topcashback aren't exactly being any help either. If this isn't paid, I'll never use Axa again. Don't buy from Axa if you actually hope to receive the cashback.

Despite tracking when purchased last year still no cashback forthcoming from Axa. I have since changed insurance companies as their renewal quote was not competitive. Don't be swayed by cashback offers from this company as your deciding factor.

Cashback never tracked. 3 months after putting a claim in I was told that Axa wern't accepting my claim as they believe I didn't go through topcashback. Big disapointment!

After a year cash back never paid and axa claimed another affiliate took credit. I used no other searches. Feel ripped off. Won't use Axa again.

Cashback for transaction in Sep 2012 tracked then confirmed and has been showing payable for many months but hasn't paid and should have done by end of Dec 2012. It is unlikely they will actually pay at this stage so be very wary of AXA - the transaction may well track and progress as expected but they don't have to pay you and, as in my case, probably won't.
Topcashback are completely useless in a case like this as they will only accept queries for transactions less than a hundred days old.

Per many previous comments, car insurance cashback tracked after one month in July 2012 then went to zero then completely disappeared. Resubmitted claim sent nudges but no response so do not expect any cashback now. However I did purchase car insurance a few months prior to this with Axa and this tracked and paid out without a problem. So from my experience it´s 50/50 whether you get your cashback.

Took Car insurance out in October, tracked straight away. Today (26.12.12), I noticed it has become payable with a value of £0. Not exactly what I was hoping for. Claim lodged, will provide an update when there is one.....

Took out car insurance May 2012 expexting £28 cashback. Searched other providers but Axa proved cheapest if Cashback received. Still not received anything despite 'nudge' Too late to cancel policy, so stuck with it for rest of year. Will not use Axa again. Very disappointing.

i also bought this policy in sept 2011 and has still not confirmed originally it never tracked and is still not showing as having done so tcb have been given policy detials and i have emailed axa axa say they dont give cashback?and tcb just are not doing anything!its just waiting for retailer ??!! will not use again especially as i got quote and completed in same trans!

I purchased car insurance 6 months ago and I'm still waiting for the merchant to honour their cashback promise. Despite Topcashback pursuing the merchant on my behalf they still have not paid the £28.28 due. I will not be using Axa again!

Bought home insurance with AXA back in August 2011 and fulled expected to receive cashback however I have just found out it has been declined although I dont understand the reasons that they have given me. I am not happy.

I purchased home insurance with Axa in July this year. The transaction however never tracked, so I opened a claim in July and have just found out now that Axa have declined my claim, even though I went through the Top Cashback link and now have insurance with them. I am very disappointed with AXA and this whole transaction and will definitely NOT be renewing my insurance with them in 2012.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE OBTAINED QUOTE THROUGH CONFUSED.COM OR OTHER COMPARISON WEBSITE - THEY WILL NOT PAY EVEN THOUGH YOU PURCHASE THE POLICY THROUGH THE LINK ON TOPCASH!!!

They claimed that 'another marketing channel' was credited with the sale. This was not the case, and now I'm not getting the £35 owed.
No fault on TopCashbacks part, hence them being the only entity I have rated and I appreciated there is only so much TC can do with regards to chasing for cashback.
If you want my advice:
Never bank on getting your cashback from Axa Insurance.
