Be warned ,this company tracks purchases quickly but fails to go to confirmed stage .It has now been 4 months since purchased ,leaving no time to be able to complain as it has to be done within 100 days and there is no option to complain at this stage so ,by the time you can it is too late!!If purchasing this product don't expect cashback as this company seems to be making a ton of excuses as to why it won't pay out.READ LATER REVIEWS.

I purchased my car insurance 25th January and am still waiting for my cashback. It is £32.32 I could have purchased my insurance through aviva for an extra £20 but the cashback swung it for me. If only I had known I amy never get the cashback! I can't find a report button to TCB for them to chase it up. But read other reviews prior to purchasing from AXA!!!!

Sadly I will not be recommending this mechant as after 3 months of chasing and nudging I received a mail saying that the cashback could not be approved as it was not tracked properly (it was suggested that I should have cleared my temporary internet files and cookies before the transaction). I wonder how Axa have managed to process my payment transaction with no issues, but cannot track the cash back. How convenient on their part. What is more annoying is that their decision is final and cannot be challenged.
But anyway I guess they lost one client when the renewal comes round.
In terms of Top Cahsback's service not much communication on their part, but then again they were probaly waiting on the merchant to respond. However this was my first experience with them and it is not a good one.

Still no cashback. It's a good job the price was good as yet again top cashback don't seem to help follow these major merchants up yet they still punt out their goods.

Purchased Home insurance from AXA last August. Still waiting for payment despite doing everything as per requirements. Nudged topcashback with no success so far.
Not feeling very confident about getting payment now.
Would not recommend AXA.

I've been waiting now over five months for my cashback from Axa.I've repeatedly chased this claim and just get fobbed off by Topcashback.I can not complain about the price of the car policy but the cashback has not been forthcoming and now it is becoming a joke!It is not acceptable to have to wait this length of time to receive payment.Topcashback, you have let me down here.

Happy with quote and product.
Still waiting for cashback to be paid 2 months after it was supposed to be, so overall disappointed with cashback experience as this influenced my choice.

Still waiting, only took the policy out as it seemed to be a good deal once cashback was considered. If they don't end up paying I will feel slightly ripped off and won't use them again. Tracked but not payable, date was 31st October which has been and gone.

No cashback paid despite a genuine transaction. Be very careful and use it only if the pricing is reasonable as cashback is not reliable at all.

I got there in the end but Top cashback failed on my claim when the cashback did not come through. I ended up in dialogue with AXA via twitter to sort this. Be very patient with them.

Cashback takes FAR TOO LONG to get paid. I did the order in July 2017 & the cashback became payable at the end of February. The time estimate was 18 weeks, it acutally 34 which is nearly twice as long. Hardly worth the wait really. Will not be using them again.
