How does TopCashback work?

We pass 100% of this commission back to you as 'cashback' which is added to your Earnings page, and once the commission is actually paid by the retailer, then we'll make your cash back 'payable' to withdraw and spend.

Will it cost me anything?

TopCashback is completely free to join, and if you opt for a classic account then there won't be any changes whatsoever.

If you opt for a Plus account, then £5 of your annual cashback earnings will be deducted and you'll receive a range of additional benefits.

When will I actually get my cashback?

Cashback should track to your Earnings page within 7 days of your purchase, but it usually isn't ready to spend straight away. We need to wait until the retailer's returns period is over before they confirm your cash back, and then once the retailer has paid us the commission for your purchase, we'll make your cashback 'payable' and ready to withdraw and spend.

About this promotion

The “£5 Cashback on a £2+ spend” is only available for new members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback. A member may only redeem one new member offer including, but not limited to, Snap & Save, Freebie deals and sign-up bonuses.

Purchases of ice-creams and ice lollies are eligible for cashback. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions at ice-cream vans and packs of ice-creams/ ice lollies from any UK Supermarket such as, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Morrisons etc.

The following details must be clearly visible on the photo of your receipt: The date and time of purchase The retailer/venue name The item purchased that’s eligible for cashback

£5 cashback will be issued for a single qualifying purchase of £2 or more on ice-creams or ice lollies

You may fold your receipt before snapping it to ensure that you can fit all of the above into the photo.

Offer valid 4th July 2025 at 00:01am - 30th September 2025 at 23:59pm or until a redemption limit of 10,000 is reached, your snap should be submitted before the offer expires.

If the redemption limit is reached, the offer will be removed from the site. While the offer is shown on the site, members may still redeem this offer.

The date shown on your snapped receipt must be within the offer period above.

TopCashback reserves the right to end the deal at any time. Purchases made after the deal ends will not receive the cashback offer.

In-store purchases are eligible. The offer can be redeemed on ice-cream and ice lolly purchases.

Items can only be claimed once per receipt and each receipt can only be used by one member for each offer.

After you’ve submitted your receipt, your cashback may take up to seven days to show in your TopCashback account.

Once shown in your account it may take up to 30 days to process to payable (the point in which you can withdraw your cashback).

The cashback from the ice-cream deal will not count towards £5 admin fee for Plus members, nor will the added Top-up for Classic and Plus members be added to the promotion cashback. The cashback from the ice-cream deal is excluded from any Tell-a-Friend promotion thresholds.
