Using Topcashback is a no-brainer!
If you are going to buy the item anyway It's so simple to go through TCB to make the purchase. You do have to wait a while for the money to become payable, but it's free money so... A surprising number of businesses are on the site. My biggest mistake is forgetting to check EVERY time I buy online to avoid missing out!

ive been using TCB for a while, years, and its great if you go to the effort to actively save money. IE: Cancel mobile contracts to become a new customer - instead of auto renewals.
but, for pennies you make from sales, IMO its not worth the effort of logging into TCB. obviously, everyone to their own. but, either way, if you do get stuff like mobiles, and tech, its always worth logging in first to check offers

This is my first time using a Cashback website, was always highly dubious. However my passion for not overpaying on Breakdown Insurance (MSE recommendation) pushed me to have a go, and got £30 back for AA based on an original £85, so £55 once it paid out. It took 6 months to be ready, so I had to set a date in my calendar to remember, but today it came through, hoorah, feel very pleased. I will now start thinking of using it for similar purchases

What a fantastic website! Over the past 7 years I’m astonished at how much cashback I’ve had just from being savvy and using top cashback for purchases I’d normally be making from train tickets to home insurance. Well worth the annual fee!

First time requesting a pay out and the process was very easy. Updating ID and Bank details was clear once you read the guide bar.
Process to claim cashback was also easy on the website - recommended to me by my son - I was initially sceptical but am now converted!!

Great site and easy to use. Great way of getting a discount on what you already buy. Cash back may take time to come through depending on the store, but it always does. One time it didn't so I raised a claim and then I recieved it. Have recommended TopCashback to many friends

Okay so the sign up £25 quid. You dont just get it when you buy something over £5. Conveniently my purchases went missing ( so had to log a missing cashback) . Two didnt track so they linked it to anothrt purchase which will take 14 weeks to process so ya seems like a royal faff and pain in the bum. Shame because I spend alot online and bigger purchases but its too wishy washy.

If you do not see cashback after seven days from purchase please lodge a missing cashback and our team can take a closer look to bring a resolution to you from the affiliate network.

I really have a very bad experience with TopCashBack in handling my missing cashback claim case.
I totally understand that my missing claim takes time to process. After 4 months of waiting for my claim case, the customer service could figure out the problem with my claim case eventually. However, it told me to raise a new missing claim, which mean I may have to wait for a further 4-5 months for the missing claim. I can't really understand why they need me to raise a new claim and I have been told my case is "resolved" so they can not do further processing on my existing case.... It is absolutely ridiculous. I don't really think my case is resolved and I never agree my case is settled and resolved. It looks like TopCashBack, the CS team, only wants the customer to press the button to close the case asap without really in deep help the customer resolve the case.

easy to use, but it is difficult to rememeber to open a link through cashback rather than at the store when shopping- could it be possible to add a browser extension that could do that instead of opening cashback every time?
also on popular stores only specific items have cashback which makes it difficult to shop and use cashback

still waiting for uswitch cashback pending since october I factor in cashback when I do an online insurance quote I certainly will not in future nor will I use top cashback. Maybe try quidco

We do advise members that cashback may vary in time to progress and for contracted purchases it can take longer than more direct product purchases to allow for any validation periods to pass.
Our team are in regular contact with affiliate networks to get progress for members and will update accounts the moment we have been confirmed as eligible before updating again when we have been passed the funds from the retailer.
