Expedia nightmare! Expedia are refusing to pay the cashback promised on several transactions! Firstly told they cannot find the bookings (even though I'm looking at then now!) then told I didn't go through Top cashback even though all of the transaction were in my account when I filed the claims!
It's utterly ridiculous that Top cashback allow certain companies to just refuse a payment! Surely there must be some accountability for companies using the site for extra business, then refusing to pay!
When things go a miss with Top cashback, you are on your own I'm afraid! USELESS!

This site is marvellous for giving out Cashback on purchases made using the companies that Cashback use.
The more purchases you make the amount of Cashback quickly builds up and you can make a withdrawal any time and it can go straight to your bank.

On the whole, TCB is an easy way to earn money, sometimes companies refuse to pay out, Manchester Airport and Three broadband.

Purchase didn't track. Submitted a claim in March. No update since. Now telling me (end of May) that they can't submit my claim as the retailer has "left the network", even though they are still offering cashback for the retailer. Communications very blunt, poor customer service. Don't recommend, unfortunately. Have another big claim in place for another retailer, very concerned whether I will ever see that cashback too.
Will go back to using Quidco...

I wanted to update that after a further complaint, they have now offered the cashback. I’ve therefore updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Will now keep my fingers crossed that my other big claim ultimately gets paid!

It’s an easy app to use, sometimes the cash back does not go on your account, I’ve went and asked why I have not received it from lookfantastic but the rest of the retailers seem to have been ok so far. Your better saving a little as every penny counts.

Have been with Topcash for many years and earned hundreds of pounds. There are a few companys on Topcash though that always decline your payments (COMPARE THE MARKET) have declined payments a few times for no reason! Topcash always try and recover missing payments for you.
Topcash is great to use and earn money on purchases you are going to buy anyway so why not use it?

Bought AA breakdown cover by clicking a link on the TopCashback page and purchasing straightaway without leaving the page, and I’ve been declined for cashback. First and last time I’ll be using the service. Paid £108 and was due to receive £54.50 cashback, absolutely gutted and it’s money I can’t do without.

I bought car insurance via TopCashBack, claiming £45 cashback, in addition to having found the cheapest quote using their comparison facility. I've now used them three or four times for car insurance and been very happy with the service. They are most helpful if there are any problems with cashback entitlement or overdue payment. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of using TopCashBack for the first time.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and speedy responses once a support ticket is issued. Cannot fault them. This is my first time using TopCashback and Stevie was really helpful, gave clear explanations and without making me feel like a novice! Love that you can donate your earnings to charity too. It's a double thumbs up from me.
