What will stop me getting cashback?
To be eligible for cashback you must have clicked through to the Premierline website via the supplied cashback link.
Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page.
Please ensure you have third party cookie tracking enabled, otherwise the sale will not be attributed to cashback site.
For reference and for any possible queries, note down the date and time of your quote and the quote reference number or account reference number which can be found on the my account page of the Premierline website.
Cashback is paid by Topcashback, not Premierline. Please do not contact the merchant regarding cashback queries.
What else is essential?
You must start a new quote through the website. If the quote has been generated via a contact form or over the phone, the sale will not be attributed to Topcashback and you will not receive your cashback.
If a purchase is completed over the phone, you will still be eligible for cashback providing the quote first started on the website via the supplied cashback link.
What else is essential?
We calculate the payable cashback value using gross insurance premium, this excludes Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) and any additional fees and instalment charges.
Cashback will not be paid if:
- The policy is cancelled by the customer or the insurer
- The customer fails a credit check or if any direct debit payments fail
- The customer is an existing policyholder or the policy is classed as a renewal
- The policy is attributed to another marketing channel
- The quote did not start on the Premierline website
Unless otherwise stated, we expect transactions to track within 24 hours and these may track at a lower than expected value initially. All policies are run through extensive validation checks and cashback will only be confirmed on valid policies. Transactions are only confirmed after 45 days of a policy starting.
Cashback is not issued by the merchant. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please contact Topcashback Customer Support directly and not the merchant.
The cashback reward is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.
What to do when
The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the transaction.
To review a transaction query, a quote reference number or account reference number must be supplied, these can be found on the my account page of the Premierline website.
We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
