I was going to take out a policy with this company but was put off by the small print that states if you call them out but then get the car going yourself while waiting, instead of them being grateful if you phone to cancel the mechanic (so he can get to someone else sooner instead) they charge you £98 fee!!!! So if for instance a friend or family member or passerby even get you first and for example jump starts you it will cost you 3 x the policy to cancel the callout. No thanks.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Rude people. They are all after your money. Charging over 100 pounds for a call out? Left stranded. Avoid at all costs WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT. Only giving 1 star, because I am unable to give none. I have cancelled after 6 months contract and only made the very first call for a flat battery. The mechanic came over and ran off after 1 min service, and after that, the car died again, and they wanted to charge me more money. Outrageous. Filthy! STAY AWAY!
