	Very disappointed, I have my order number and date purchased but the retailer is refusing my cashback saying the transation cannot be traced. I think I have been conned into purchasing this product.

	It took many long months and a lot of hassle before I was credited with only £4, half of what I supposed to get for an annual policy. Due to my very bad experience with Virgin I decided not to take their offer for a TV & broadband service. Do not trust them.

	Purchased 2 policies which tracked then cashback reverted to zero. TCB have chased but no response. Wouldn't use again - would try another provider who provided cashback if the premium was the the sale, even if CB was lower

	Took out travel insurance June 2011. Tracked ok but never went confirmed. Has now gone to Payable at £0. As its over 100 days ago, I've had to submit a general enquiry. Not expecting any results. Only choose if the price is right, as you won't get the cashback !

	It's been over 6 months since ordering and still not paid out. Ordered two policies and tracked at over £8, estimated payout was September. It's now December and cashback has changed to £4 and confirmed. But, still not paid. Would not bother again on my next holiday.

	Even though I read previous comments on cashback going to £0 I tried my luck anyway because the travel insurance quote came out the cheapest compared to other companies. I'll submit a claim anyway and wait to see if anything develops.

	Was one of the better quotes I got for travel insurance in August 2010 for trip to Eygpt but cashback due to be paid October is still pending despite TCB chasing it a couple of times. Forget if only using because of the cashback.

	Had to chase this up several times and got to the point where iIwanted to give up as I am new to this site. But I persisted and eventually after being referred to the retailer, some time later they paid out. It has taken months to get the cashback and the holiday for which I purchased this travel insurance is a distant dream. I would not use cashback for virgin again. 	Not Impressed Bought an annual insurance policy back in April 2023. Despite several nudges I still haven’t received the £50 cashback due. Will not purchase again when it comes up for renewal. Can’t comment on travel insurance claims as I have not needed to make one.

	Difficult to claim Easy to book with virgin through topcashback but I needed to make a claim and I'm just passed around different companies, virgin are only the brooker, I should have paid a bit extra for a reputable insurance company.

	Payment declined I got a travel insurance from Virgin, hoping that the cashback offer will be honoured. It was declined, and a complain to topcashback was ignored and not investigated.

	Error on payment screen with never ending spinner (allowed me to enter Amex card when they don't take it). any subsequent attempt at quoting would get stuck on the same payment screen.

	Avoid at all costs. I had to cancel my holiday because of the first covid lockdown. The holiday was booked before anyone was even aware of Covid. My family who used different insurance providers were refunded within a month. It has been 7 months and there is still no progress. They just send a standard email every 40 days to say how it is being processed - with nothing actually happening. And yet they managed to find the time to process my renewal. It is criminal in my opinion that they are able to take money for a service they are clearly not providing.

	Abysmal - sat on the cashback for six months, then declined it, then took another six months to offer 1/3 of what should have been paid. TopCashback have been helpful in trying to chase it, but I won't be getting insurance through Virgin again!

	Awful, took over 7 months to pay the cashback (over 7 months after the policy expired). The travel insurance policy was for a single trip of 4 days (I think; it's so long ago).
