I spent £383 on 2 festival tickets and got a total of £1.20 Cashback. 60P each, seriously?? £0.40 - £4.84? How much do you seriously have to spend on a ticket to get £4.84 Back?

You've got to hate ticketmaster. Nasty monopoly that even charges you about 3 pounds per ticket to print out your ticket for the event - how much of a joke is that? commission on event tickets over 100 pounds was a mere 40p, and of couse I had to chase ticketmaster to get that money as they did not want to pay up. Miserable outfit - use someone else if you can!

Their charges on top of the ticket prices are a joke. £6 On top of each ticket, plus £2 to post. Extortionate.

Good service - some blocks of tickets are held in reserve for associated companies like "get me in", which restricts the availability of tickets to the first people to apply. Price should be inclusive of extra charges, and email tickets printed on our computers should not be charged the same rate as those posted out. Apart from this, no problems. The group booking sevice for 10 or more tickets (i use this when arranging office trips) is extremely well run, and provides an excellent service.

No quibbles with top cashback here, but ticketmaster, on the other hand.... £6 Booking fee on top of ticket price, plus £3.75 To get the tickets, even if it was electronically and printing them myself. Daylight robbery!!!
