Body shop products are of a very high standard. I have used their body butter as I suffer from itchy dry skin. Their product do provide relief and I would thoroughly reccomend them to people suffering from dry skin. After cash back their products are not so pricey!

The Body Shop website is very poor. Offers advertised on the site often do not show on the order page. The site has crashed during check out and taken my order without a confirmation page showing. The goods are of good quality and cash back tracks reliably, but I lose patience with the inefficient website.
