Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting cashback?
  • Applying additional discount that reduce the overall purchase price, may cause your cashback to be declined or reduced. e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
  • Previous or existing customers are not eligible for cashback, including renewals.
  • Policy has to be in force for 90 days with 3 consecutive months’ payments from the customer if paying monthly. If we have agreed temporary financial relief and you have deferred payment you will only receive the cashback if and when we have received 3 full months’ payments from you.
  • Cashback will not be paid if a price comparison quote is accepted.
  • Cashback will not be paid if a saved or retrieved quote is used. You must click the TopCashback link, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately.
  • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • If you have obtained a quote through any other means than TopCashback e.g. a price comparison website, and then purchase through TopCashback
  • Cashback will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom.
  • If you have obtained a quote through TopCashback and purchase through any other means e.g. a price comparison website.

What else is essential?
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
  • To be eligible for cashback the policy must be in force with consecutive premiums paid for at least three months.
  • All policies must be sold via the MORE TH>N website. MORE TH>N must receive 3 consecutive months’ payment from the customer before a transaction can be approved All sales will remain pending until the policy has been live for at least 90 days and payment received from the customer for 3 consecutive months. Upon fulfilment of this criteria, More Than will validate the sales accordingly.
  • Transactions for this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the retailer confirms that we're eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the confirmed stage of your account. When the merchant then pays us the cashback we can make this payable in your account.

  • More Than track quotes and sales, if your Order ID shows as _Q then this would be a quote and _S would be a sale, however if the latter doesn't show please log a claim if this hasn't tracked in 7 days.
  • Transactions for this merchant will uplift upon validation
  • More Than will no longer offer cashback for pet policies from 17.5.2024.
  • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
  • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
