My order tracked, but my cashback was declined without explanation, "Top Cashback" honored the amount after i submitted a complaint, I really shouldn't have to waste my time chasing money due to me ..... shame on you MATALAN, I'll think twice before buying from you again !

Matalan do not pay cashback when they should
I made two separate purchases with this retailer, did not use any voucher codes and none of the items I purchased were on sale. However, they rejected both of my cashback claims. The reason given - voucher code used. No explanation or justification and no option to appeal.
