All good, tracked immediately, delivery was within two days of ordering and that was with Yodel so I was very surprised as they are usually useless. products are great, although quite pricey so I tend to only buy in the sale. Quality is excellent. £10 off next order voucher enclosed as well as some teapigs.

still not tracked since 24/12/10, will buy from joules again but from store or showground as top quality products, but not via topcashback as still no cashback since before christmas 2010 an a claim submitted...
