Do not pay. Haven't paid me twice now. I'm going back to another company I know who are reasonably priced and honest|! If you advertise cashback then you should pay it.

Two transactions now declined for no reason. If they don't want to pay cutback then they shouldn't advertise it. One customer lost for them.

Cash back tracked and paid quickly. A little disappointed with experience of purchasing flowers before Christmas; the flowers were a sympathy token and I wanted them delivered before the holiday period. My choice was limited due to the selection available for courier delivery, eventually made a selection and ordered only to be told that the courier did not deliver to that area so had to have them by post. Although I must admit they did keep me informed and did refund the charges very quickly so all in all not a bad experience. My friend did say the flowers were lovely.

Flowers arrived late. Declined cashback for no valid reason. Will never use again. Would advise against using them no matter how good the cashback as you will probably never recieve it!

Cash back tracked immediately and was also payable immediately, BUT the flowers I ordered for a present for Christmas were not available even though still being shown on the website. They have offered an alternative of the same value, as yet it hasn't been delivered so I cant comment on the quality of the flowers. So cashback good, but beware you may not get what you order as they are out of stock!

Ordered for a friend, as live far apart, so didn't see the flowers themselves, though they were delivered quickly & she said they were lovely. Cashback tracked straight away & paid out extremely fast.

I used flying flowers to order flowers for my company. Unfortuantly on five separate occasions the flowers didn't show up, and on two occassions the flowers arrived after 6.30pm. I will never use flying flowers again

I used this site on behalf of a friend so cannot comment on the final delivery service as she is now back in Australia, however if the delivery was as good as the site then I definitely give it the thumbs up. Cashback tracked immediately and has already been confirmed just 10 days later. We were ordering two floral tributes but messed up slightly so had to order them separately but I don't think that was necessary. There was also a voucher code at the end of the first transaction but we missed that as well!!! I will certainly use them again.

ordered some flowers from this web site for mothers day, the order stated free chocolates were supplied with the flowers. these never arrived. i contacted their customer service dept and it took them several days to reply stating that the chocolates were subject to availability and they had run out, which i find a tad annoying as they can state on the site when the flowers aren't available so why not say that the chocolates aren't? no issues as yet with the cashback, it's tracked but not paid yet so we'll see but unlikely to trust them again with a free product, looks just like a con to me.

Cashback tracked quickly - however did not receive the flowers as ordered. Customer Service did not respond until several days after the flowers were delivered - The Order History does not work on the website so I do not know whether my order was dispatched or not. The flowers were very disappointing, all in bloom and several had brown edges. Until several days after my initial email, was I informed that a substitute selection was sent. Very Poor Customer Services and Poor Looking Flowers.

Flowers arrived on time but looked nothing like the internet picture and were looking rather jaded around the edges - white roses with a very tired tinge around each petal. Quite frankly, Tescos flowers were a fraction of the price and actually much better quality. They advertised a 'free' box of chocs but they never arrived! When asked why (by email), I got a one line email saying they had "run out" and no apology .... all in all, a £50 bouquet of flowers that would have cost me a £5 from Tescos! I know where I will spend my money next time!!!!

Used this retailer on a 3 occasions with no problem. This time ordered on Wednesday for a delivery on friday using the "next day service". No flowers arrived, rang them 3 times before eventually told that their computer system had rejected the delivery address for no reason and they had manually entered it by which time the "next day deadline had passed". No email or call to advise me. I was promised complimentary larger bouquet would be delivered on Monday but again nothing arrived as courier said adverse weather albiet I drove from by depot to the delivery address without any problem!! Again no call/text to advise delivery would not be made. Now tuesday lunchtime and flowers still not delivered and 4 days afrer the birthday for which they were ordered. Wont be using them again!

Placed an order on Friday morning for delivery for next day, Saturday. On-line everything was accepted and payment taken from my card. I then got an email at just after 1 o'clock saying unfortunately they can't deliver on Saturday and they have amended the delivery to Monday. So I rang up the customer service number and explained the situation and I requested if I can pay extra to have courier delivery and that in actual fact I need the delivery to reach the recipient on Sunday. The advisor just said they can't do it. I have subsequently requested for my order to be cancelled and payment returned to my card and placed an order with flowersdirect.com using tcb. Obviously not a tcb issue but appalling that the retailer cannot amend and accept extra payment for next day courier delivery and that their website clearly offers next day courier service. Surely, anyone setting up a flower delivery business would have thought of this. Alan Sugar would fire these guys! My advice is not to use unless you want a disappointed recipent. Other thing is, if I had not checked my email I would never have known and the fact that they made a change without seeking permission first when they have my mobile contact number, they could have easily left a message. Not good flying flowers, to fly you need to get off the ground and they're far from that.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers via Flying Flowers which we paid extra for to arrive on Mothering Sunday. The order was all confirmed and everyone was happy, or so we thought. No flowers turned up on Mothering Sunday, or the following day. Eventually 8 days after Mothers day I get a second order confirmation, confirming that the flowers will be delivered the following day with no explanation whatsoever. I contacted flying flowers and they told me that shortly after mothers day they believed that there had been an error and that the flowers had not been delivered, but they did not contact me to let me know. Customer services did provide me with a full refund on my order and they kindly let us keep the flowers that were sent as an apologie, but I will not be recommending, or using them again to send flowers I am afraid.

Order all went through and card was charged but got an email at 4pm the day before delivery saying they can't dispatch to the Isle of Wight despite only using Royal Mail who do deliver to IoW. It's now too late to get next delivery with another supplier. Very annoyed.

Used this on the Friday before mothers day, when other sites were either crashing or had run out of certain bouquets. Was pleased with how easy it was to use the website, the recipients were pleased with the flowers which were delivered by a local florist and were of good quality. Pleased with rate of cashback and speed of tracking. Only annoying thing is that there appeared to be nowhere to enter the discount code that was issued by tcb. Still, was in no position to go elsewhere due to leaving it so late to order. Overall quite pleased.
