While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	Cashback still hasn't tracked after 3 months and trying to get the order reference from EDF has been a nightmare. I am still waiting for it.

	The most ghastly inefficient heavy handed and difficult place to get hold of for CS. They drag heels paying out cashback. Just because theyre in trouble with costs i assume.

	Only received £1 cashback despite switching supplier to EDF. Also, the switch has taken months and still not resolved. Wish I hadn't bothered.

	Average time supposed to be 26 weeks. Ended up chasing it up after 32 weeks and Top cashback paid out as gesture of goodwill! At least now able to collect but why do we have to chase up these things....do not tell me it is because of Covid!d

	Over 6 months later and I still haven’t received the Cashback from EDF - it’s all a bit tiresome. Especially as they hold onto the winter fuel payment until February potentially as well. Not impressed by them or their efficiency.

	Took their joint fuel deal on the 3 March 2020, tracked within days, Cashback due £111. That was seven and a half months ago, so what’s the delay ?

	Signed up to EDF in August 2019 as WITH the cashback offered this looked a relatively cheap deal, Without the cashback I would have gone elsewhere, by December 2019 they had declined cashback with no reason, currently have a claim in that has been waiting for a response for 2 months, looking like a waste of time, basically if you are offered cashback and don't get it it leaves a very sour taste when you could have got it cheaper without

	Absolutely terrible , I joined EDF with a duel fuel account expecting £115 cash back. I waited around 5 months for it to become payable then suddenly they decide to cancel it with no explanation from EDF or topcashback

	Cashback was initially declined. Raised a Ticket with TopCashback. After 20 months, EDF have failed to give TopCashBack confirmation of my switching supplier. The Ticket is still live and toipcashback are continuing to chase my cashback from EDF's Affiliate network. Complaint now being raised directly with EDF Energy as enough time has passed.
