CA_Devlin24 March 2016, 14:36 Hi. Every big transaction I have had for home insurance/ Car insurance has taken months to come thru. I have had to query them all. Its not a small proportion of transactions its every one that is for a larger amount. However each one has been processed eventually. March and May for Insurances and usually get money in time for Xmas.
bradpitts16 March 2016, 09:30 I joined Top cash back after researching them online. I ordered in good faith a Sky package that would allow me to earn a cash back of up to £142.00. I proceeded and signed my Sky deal. The transfer across to Sky was faultless and very quick. The issue came about with my cash back claim "nothing registered" so on the 2nd March I started communication to try and resolve my claim. As of today the 16th March my sky bb, tv and landline are fully installed my first bill has been paid, however my cashback claim is no closer to being resolved. As at this point i'm told it could take 4 months to investigate !!! Communication is good generally however as for a referral to a friend......... I value my friends therefore beware !!!!

I am sorry to hear your transaction didn’T track initially. This can affect a tiny amount of transactions made through our site if the cashback network can’T relate an eligible transaction back to us and this means we are not inline to receive any commission. This is normally because there are existing cookies on your device as well as the ones added once you go through our site. This issue is normally preventable by clearing cookies and cache before logging in to purchase.

If a transaction doesn’T track we do have the claims process to query transactions and try and get our members the cashback they were expecting. However, this requires a lot of manual investigation which does take the time. If we hear back about your claim sooner than the 12-16 weeks we estimate our team will be sure to update your claim for you.
