14 months and 9 nudges to get 4.74GBP. I don't think it was worth the effort. Had a few problems getting cashback with the 'accommodation section' in general.

Paid after a while but note they don't pay cashback now so won't be using again when I can get the same deals on cashback websites.

Had to submit a manual claim, but cashback showed quite quickly afterwards. Seems like this offer has been withdrawn now which is a shame as I like Accor hotels and use one a few times a year.

Didn't show at all so had to chase; second booking hasn'tshown either. Still waiting for first to clear and about to book another stay (at least the rooms are cheap!) so we'll see how long this one takes ...

I made 2 Ibis bookings. Cashback only appeared in my account after submitting missing commission claims. The cashback was then zeroed. I queried this with TC and was told Accor had said the transactions were cancelled so therefore the cashback was withdrawn. I told TC I did not cancel and then phoned Accor to check the status of my reservations as I was worried that I was going to turn up at hotels and find my reservations were not valid. Accor told me the reservations were fine and I have actually stayed at one of the hotels since without a hitch. I passed all this info on to TC, had no replies and then they closed the enquiry. Great! A lot of hassle for nothing.

These claims were submitted to the affiliate network who added them to the members account. It was at this stage that the claims were closed by the member. However, the retailer then declined the cashback for these transactions. We can re-open claims if requested to do so - but if a retailer has rejected a claim once, it is unlikely to change its mind on re-submission.

Accorhotels is absolute rubbish at tracking and noting your spends (one out of five uses were tracked, and this doesn't happen until after the stay in question).

Sometimes cashback is not shown on my account and my claim has to be manually handled, but Accor seem quite good at resolving the problem. Hotels are comfortable and the quality of the staff is usually excellent. [except UK]

Cashback was seen as pending 3 days sfter purchase - very good. I also linked through to the Novotel site through Accor, so I was impressed to see that my cashback was still tracked.
