I have seen a higher rate of cashback elsewhere. What can I do?

We guarantee to match and beat any higher cashback rate you find from another online cashback provider. Simply submit a Highest Cashback Guarantee claim to request a match.

Terms & Conditions

- The higher rate must be available at the exact date and time of your transaction.
- It must be from a genuine UK-based cashback site (e.g. we match Quidco but not Shoop FR/DE).
- The offer must be publicly visible - we cannot match private email promotions.
- We do not match membership based discount clubs or employee-only schemes.
- The cashback offer must be listed on TopCashback and must have tracked in your account.
- The cashback type must match (e.g. we won’t match a percentage if we offer a fixed amount).
- You must provide proof, such as a valid URL showing the higher rate.
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction appearing in your account.
- The transaction must show a tracked cashback amount of at least 1p (excludes ‘free’ cashback).
- The competing site must offer cash payouts, not points or vouchers.

If your transaction hasn’t tracked or has tracked incorrectly, save a screenshot with time and date and raise a support ticket.
