7dayshop deliver from dispatch centres both in the UK and outside of the EU.

With regard to deliveries from their warehouses outside of the EU, items will be dispatched the same day if orders are placed before noon Monday-Friday and should arrive within 3-5 days of this. Items showing the delivery included banner will be sent by their standard international delivery services.

If your item is being sent from a UK mainland warehouse, there are four delivery options to choose from, all of which offer same day dispatch when the order is placed by 2.50pm Monday-Friday. Your order should arrive in 1-2 working days from dispatch via the UK mainland standard service, while you can also opt for a tracked standard service.

The UK mainland express tracked service will see your items delivered 1-2 days after dispatch, while a UK mainland DPD express courier service is also offered. With the latter, delivery usually takes one working day (excluding weekends) and DPD will provide you with a one-hour time slot by text or email. Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland vary.

Should you need to return an item, you will have to notify 7dayshop of missing, wrong or unwanted products within 30 days of receiving your order and request an RMA.

All items come with a one-year warranty, unless otherwise stated, and if an item develops a fault more than 30 days after receipt, you will be entitled to a warranty repair if it is within the warranty period. Some items are excluded from the right to cancel - a list of which can be found on the returns page.

All returned items will be assessed and, where possible, they will repair or replace the defective part to the manufacturer's specification and return it to you. If an item has been misdescribed and you wish to return it, you must notify them within seven days of receipt.

If you need to send back defective or misdescribed items, they can be returned to a UK FREEPOST address. In the event that it is not possible to return items using the FREEPOST address, or if you choose to return a defective item using your own method, they will refund up to £2.99 of the cost. Unwanted items must be sent back unopened, in their original packaging, with all accessories and in a resaleable condition.
