Shocking company
So far two no shows for boiler appointments and a third one booked despite it being outside the 12 months of our contract. On the day of the first one, operators phoned me multiple times to up-sell additional items before the engineer had even attended to see if they were even necessary. When I insisted that I'd let the engineer recommend parts, rather than a call centre, the engineer failed to turn up. I lost a day's pay waiting in. Subsequent appointments were cancelled or no-shows. I'm in my 13th month and haven't had my introductory boiler service. The price doubles after the first 12 months. I contacted them to ensure I would not be renewing however they should honour my service that was not provided. Suddenly they phone over and over again with different offers and more cancellations of my appointment, I have no confidence they will actually turn up for the owed appointment. Also I've received email congratulating me for renewing my contract which I've put in writing that I will not be doing and have told the last 5 operators who've called that I won't be. Shady practises. Avoid.
