Uswitch have 2 policy one for ex customer and one for new customer. both of then getting different cashback. it is taking too long to get case back I would give 3 star.

Changed from 16 Weeks to 23 Weeks without any notice!!!
Be careful with Uswitch they like to switch the pay date's to whatever they want.
Swapped contract Nov 23, were due 16 weeks. Checked 16 weeks later nothing, gave couple weeks grace still said 16 weeks NOW 3 weeks after the 16 weeks says 23 weeks.
NOT IMPRESSED at all with Uswitch & TCB for not even saying anything or the reasons why

I'm so disappointed. I followed all the rules and cashback was declined over 4 months later. TCB should ditch the companies that do this as it's giving them a bad name too!
