Poor
My purchase was advertised at a special rate but tracked at the basic rate. I raised a query on this which has not been dealt with. It isn't very impressive as the payout has come through at the basic rate.

I was disappointed as they paid the incorrect amount and I had to raise a customer service query and they still quoted the incorrect order value, by a significant amount too. Very disappointing Ninja.

Decided to reject my claim that causing me lost £20+ (it was 10% cashback at that time) If I knew this going to happen, I will rather buy from Amazon and John Lewis as better customer services and warranty on appliant. Will not fall in this trap
