Laithwaites provide lovely wine and a first class delivery service. I have used them for a number of years with no problem. The payment of cash back is not good however. I nearly always have to lodge a missing claim and on my last 2 orders they have not paid the advertised special rate. Probably nothing to do with Laithwaites

Snails pace.
Used to track ok but never does now since it changed from "new customers only" and existing customers. Now have to put in a claim being an existing customer and it takes months. Might start buying fron Sunday Times as they don't have a disparity between new and old customers.
