Hughes have great prices and didnt have any problems. Cashback is a bonus so was cheapest price for washing machine I could get anywhwre.

Delivery date 24 hours late? The promise of being able to track the goods was unavailable? A complete day wasted waiting for a delivery that never turned up but was promised.

Don't bother - I placed an order, which was subsquently cancelled 2 days later without notification. I have lost out on a Samsung cashback worth £50 due to their poor customer service. Will never use again.

Transaction tracked very quickly and item was shipped promptly however the cashback amount appears to be calculated based on the ex. VAT value of the goods ordered (excluding delivery). The retailer's website does not show my order under my account, either.
