	Low & slow payout After booking a BA holiday for over £5.5k we got less than 1% Cashback, we booked in January 2023 and had to wait until after our holiday in August even though we paid the balance in June?

	Sometimes they decline for no reason Unclear why they decline - very often / most of the time. Obviously also an airline with a terrible customer service , so not worth trying to discuss with them.

	Cashback not as quick as the flights! Applied for the cashback via Top cashback website and the tracking was on point! However it took over four months after we'd taken our flights for B.A to pay the cashback to Top cashback! the whole process took almost a year!!

	Never get cash back Have booked several time through TC. Dont bother never tracks no matter what browser and TC not interested in challenging.

	None of the transactions track Like others have reported, I book either flights or holidays with them almost once a month and none track. The manual process takes over 6 months. Massive shame as it worked so well, probably an issue since post pandemic

	Awful tracking history I travel at least once a month with BA but none of the purchase / booking has been tracked and it’s taking more than 6 months to be “confirmed “.

	Too many of the transactions get declined In my experience only about 20% of my bookings have resulted in actual cashback. The other 80% get declined but there is no way to find out why. I make the same journey every month and book in the same manner so there appears to be no rhyme nor reason to it.

	Transactions tracked but cashback declined twice Completed 2 purchases recently; the cashback was declined in both cases - not sure why as there's no explanation. I see it's not only me, so what is the point of cashback advertising if it's not paid back?

	Two transactions both tracking at £0.00/declined Purchased two separate tickets using the desktop page and followed the usual guidelines on clicking through and making the purchase, etc. but both transactions tracked at £0.00/declined. Highly unsatisfactory.

	Rarely tracks, always have to follow up. I have always had to place follow up tracking with BA and they take an age to pay.
