Dealt with Cashback claim very effeciently. When i asked about bad reviews was informed there has been a change in process and insurance provider.

Very poor, a year and a half down the line with a missing cashback claim in place and still no sign of the offered cashback

Unfortunately didn't pay cashback, didn't respond to any requests either. I was personally assured by the CEO that they would sort this, not once, but twice. But nothing. Good value, but please don't expect any cashback.
